Integrated Accountant · Our core service

Outsourced ecommerce accounting, focused on increasing your cash-flow.

An accountant inside your business, not an island outside it.

A senior ecommerce accountant who learns how your brand runs - channels, seasonality, inventory - and handles your bookkeeping, Shopify and Amazon reconciliation, inventory and COGS accounting, AR/AP, and payroll. Books closed on the same day every month, with a P&L built around contribution margin.

The Problem

Why most ecommerce bookkeeping leaves you guessing.

Most brands have reactionary financials. The bare minimum. The business is being run through the product and marketing lens with financial health remaining gray.

An integrated accountant takes our financial systems and merges them with how your brand actually operates. Understanding seasonality, inventory purchasing timelines, marketing campaign targets, channel performance, margin discipline…etc. Which channel made money this month? Can we afford the reorder? Why is cash down when sales are up?

What You Get

Ecommerce bookkeeping and accounting, handled end to end.

The essentials, end to end
  • Bookkeeping and daily transaction categorization
  • Multi-channel reconciliation - Shopify, Amazon, Faire, wholesale, retail
  • Inventory and COGS accounting - landed costs booked every month, so gross margin is real, not an estimate
  • AR and AP - invoices out, bills paid, working with the internal team to make sure nothing slips
  • Payroll
  • Monthly close on the same day every month - our standard
Actually integrated
  • Trained on Multiply's systems first, then on yours - your SOPs, your seasonality, the brands nuances
  • Your point of contact can be your ops manager, so the finance function runs without living in your head
  • Problem-solving between the lines: the weird Shopify payout gap, the duplicate vendor charge, the 3PL invoice that doesn't match

Outcomes

The job is simple: protect profit, protect cash.

So owners get paid.

Profit that's visible and organized becomes distributions.

So inventory is planned, not white-knuckled.

You see cash far enough ahead to place buys, pay down inventory debt, and keep making better order choices.

So the business can reinvest.

Know what you can afford - the hire, the new line, the extra ad budget - before you commit.

Pricing

What ecommerce bookkeeping and accounting costs.

Integrated Accountant starts at $1,000/mo for simpler brands around $1M in revenue. Most brands in the $4M-$15M range invest $2,500-$4,500/mo, depending on channels, order volume, and complexity. No initial long term contract requirement.

FAQ

Questions about switching bookkeepers.

We already have a bookkeeper. Is switching painful?

Less than you'd think. We start with a Financial Health Assessment to map what exists, clean up what needs it (typically 2-4 weeks if the books are messy), and take over from there. You stay out of the weeds.

Do you do our taxes or replace our CPA?

No - we don't offer tax. We work alongside your tax CPA. They get clean, tax-ready books; you don't have to be the messenger in between.

Can you clean up our books first?

Yes. If the books are behind or messy, we run a bookkeeping cleanup before monthly work begins - typically 2-4 weeks - so every month after starts from numbers you can trust.

Do I have to be the point of contact?

No. Many founders hand day-to-day contact to an ops manager or internal champion. You can show up for the decisions, not the details.

What do you need from us?

Read only access (banking, payroll, sales platforms), an internal go-to person when possible, and candid feedback. That's it.
